Kentucky's Consumer Data Protection Act, KRS 367.3611–367.3629, may provide rights to confirm, access, correct, delete, or obtain certain personal data and to opt out of specified processing. Because this reference retains almost nothing, a request generally concerns contact mail or server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Government records held by Kentucky, Jefferson County, or Jeffersontown are outside our control, and the Act exempts public records from its consumer-data provisions. Any correction or protected-address request must go to the proper custodian.
